Boba, smoothies, chè, and a fast-growing crew in the Denver area. We're hiring a Store Operations Lead for our Westminster store — someone ready to run the store like it's theirs, reporting straight to the franchisee.
What you'll do
- Own the floor: open/close, run the line, keep drinks fast and consistent through every rush
- Build and manage the schedule, and keep an eye on labor cost — you'll run the numbers, not just the drinks
- Manage inventory, ordering, and counts so we never 86 a bestseller
- Coach and develop the team in real time; set the standard for quality and hustle
- Work directly under the franchisee as the day-to-day leader of the store
What we're looking for
- Some exposure to scheduling, inventory, or labor cost is a big plus
- Calm under pressure, fast on your feet, genuinely good with people
- Reliable availability including weekends
Where this goes This isn't a dead-end shift job. You'll run this store reporting straight to the franchisee — and as Bambu grows in the Denver area, the path ahead is overseeing multiple locations, including training across our Bambu Walmart stores.
