Education:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program prior to 2005

Master’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program between 2005-2019

Clinical Doctorate from an accredited Physical Therapy program 2020-Present
License(s)/Certification(s):

Current IA and IL Physical Therapy licensure (or eligible) upon hire

Current CPR certification.
