Responsibilities
- Manage and organize patient medical records with precision, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- Assist healthcare providers by preparing and updating medical documentation, including charts, reports, and electronic health records
- Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals to streamline clinical workflows and enhance patient experience
- Support clinical staff by verifying patient information, updating medical histories, and facilitating communication between departments
- Maintain a thorough understanding of physiology and anatomy to accurately interpret medical terminology and assist with documentation processes
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations related to patient privacy, data security, and recordkeeping standards
- Respond promptly to administrative inquiries from patients or staff, providing clear information while maintaining professionalism
Requirement
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with current registration in the applicable jurisdiction
- Familiarity with medical terminology, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and medical documentation practices
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure the confidentiality and security of patient information
- Ability to handle sensitive data responsibly while maintaining attention to detail in recordkeeping
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and patients
- Minimum of 1-2years working in RN in Nursing
Pay: $28.54 - $31.96 per hour
