Duties
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and health history documentation using electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Administer medications and injections safely
- Assist with complex procedures such as catheterization, wound care, and dressings.
- Conduct telephone triage and patient follow up phone calls.
- Experience
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse license with current state licensure required.
- Experience administering injections
- Familiarity with pediatric patients.
- Strong understanding of infection control practices and sterile techniques essential for maintaining patient safety across all settings.
