Conrac Solutions is seeking a full-time Facility Maintenance Technician for the San Francisco International Airport's Consolidated Rental Car Facility. As our Facility Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for completing a variety of maintenance functions including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to our equipment and systems including car wash stations, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Duties:
- Perform and record scheduled preventative maintenances on a variety of systems including carwash and detailing bays.
- Troubleshoot failed equipment and provide recommended repair methods.
- Assist in minor repairs on general facility equipment and systems (i.e. electrical, plumbing, doors, gate systems, HVAC, conveyance, vacuum systems, etc.).
- Track work performed through a computer maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Report relevant data points to the Carwash Program Manager.
- Ensure operational reliability and work to improve efficiency in the consolidated rental car facility.
- Participate in the latest industry standard training procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of all work areas including inventory area and tools.
- Manage and maintain an onsite parts stock inventory via an online maintenance management software.
- Respond appropriately to urgent, emergency, or after-hour issues as they arise.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical role in a related area.
- Working knowledge of facility equipment and facility maintenance programs and procedures.
- Working understanding of plumbing, pumps, chemical testing, and small electrical systems.
- Considerable knowledge of safety principles and practices.
- Ability to identify and recognize unsafe conditions or work practices.
- Effective communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
