Role Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join a leading automotive manufacturing facility. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity located in Greencastle, IN, offering a competitive pay range of $30 to $35 per hour.
Core Duties

Handle the installation, upkeep, and restoration of electrical infrastructure and industrial machinery within our production facility.

Identify and resolve electrical malfunctions related to motors, control circuits, PLCs, VFDs, and automated systems to keep production moving.

Execute routine maintenance tasks to help minimize equipment downtime and ensure the plant operates at peak efficiency.

Utilize electrical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics to guide your repair and installation projects.

Manage 480V three-phase power systems, conduit work, and wiring while helping maintain a safe working environment for the entire team.

Support the setup, initial startup, and commissioning phases for new production equipment and machinery.
Professional Qualifications

A GED or high school diploma is mandatory, with preference given to those holding trade school or technical certifications.

Between three and five years of professional background working as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing setting.

Proven ability to diagnose and fix automated equipment, control circuits, motors, VFDs, and PLCs.

Comprehensive understanding of industrial electrical frameworks, specifically regarding 480V three-phase power systems.

Proficiency in analyzing and applying technical documentation, electrical schematics, and blueprints.

Solid grasp of preventive maintenance strategies, safety protocols, and relevant electrical codes to ensure total site compliance.
