Position: Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) – Independent Contractor (1099)
This is a premium partnership for a highly motivated and professional LMT who wants to build a practice with high-end clientele without the burden of marketing, scheduling, or administrative overhead.
Your Role
As the face of our luxury brand, you will deliver our signature, all-inclusive sessions across the Austin area. Your focus is on providing a superior, personalized experience that reinforces our reputation for "white-glove" professionalism and results-driven bodywork.
Compensation: The "All-Inclusive" Advantage
We believe in a transparent and industry-leading pay structure. Because Holistic Hermit is an All-Inclusive brand, our retail prices are positioned to fully value your time, building travel, setup, and high-end enhancements directly into the baseline rate so you are compensated fairly for every mile and minute.
- Commission Rate: You earn a 50% commission of the total sales price per session (calculated after payment processing fees). This ensures your pay scales dynamically with the premium nature of the service—instead of earning a flat base rate, you earn a true half of the all-inclusive price paid by the client.
- Add-Ons: You receive 50% of all enhancements (CBD, Cupping, Percussive Therapy, calculated after processing fees).
- Note: As an Independent Contractor, this 50% rate is specifically structured to generously cover your self-provided professional supplies and travel time while netting you a premier take-home wage.

Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the State of Texas.
- Must provide your own professional liability insurance.

- Must provide your own massage table, high-quality linens, and organic/non-toxic supplies.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering a premium, luxury client experience.
