Duties
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers, promoting our inventory and services.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Provide sales support by assisting customers with product information, financing options, and trade-in evaluations.
- Maintain accurate inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and ensuring proper display on the lot.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or setting appointments with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets and improve overall dealership performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound sales or retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Excellent math skills for calculating financing options, trade-in values, and payment plans.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude towards learning about vehicles, features, and market trends.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking software is advantageous but not mandatory.
