About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Accounting Manager to oversee the Company's accounting operations and financial management. This individual will lead the accounting team, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and support executive leadership with financial planning and strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive accounting and finance experience, demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, and have significant experience managing accounting functions related to real estate investments and properties. Experience in multi-entity accounting and property financial reporting is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Company's day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Monitor company cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Oversee bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, journal entries, and balance sheet analyses.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Coordinate annual audits, tax preparation, and communications with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, federal and state regulations, and company accounting policies.
- Prepare financial analyses and reports for executive management to support strategic business decisions.
- Support acquisitions, refinancing, and other real estate investment activities from an accounting perspective.
- Continuously improve accounting processes and implement best practices to increase operational efficiency.
- Perform additional accounting and finance projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience.
- Extensive experience in real estate accounting is required.
- Experience managing multi-entity accounting structures.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
- Experience preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred).

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
