Warehouse Team Lead
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In-person
Compensation: $30-$33
Must be willing to relocate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy of all outbound orders, including Ecommerce and Sub-orders.
- Supervise and direct team members to assigned tasks for efficiency.
- Document outbound errors and report incidents before the shift ends.
- Assign tasks to employees during idle time (housekeeping, quality checks, etc.).
- Support and train team members to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the loading area.
- Train and oversee trailer pushers and scanners for proper workflow.
- Monitor pallet organization and ensure proper documentation of unmarked cartons.
- Investigate and report missing inventory or insufficient stock.
- Ensure SFP trailers are prioritized and properly scanned before pickup.
- Coordinate with UPS/FedEx for daily shipments.
- Oversee forklift maintenance and ensure safe handling procedures.
- Plan for next-day workload and submit a weekly self-reflection report.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Detail-Oriented: Identify and minimize errors to meet KPI goals.
- Observant: Monitor outbound team progress and efficiency.
- Decision Making: Ability to independently solve problems and make quick decisions.
- Communication & Teamwork: Clearly assign tasks and provide instructions. Open to feedback and team coordination.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanner operations is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, or English and Spanish is a MUST.
