- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
- Uphold high standards of guest relations by fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices within a kitchen or restaurant setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
