Myles O'Donnell & Co has been in business in the Portland metro area for over 75 years now. We are looking for a Janitor to join our team. The available position is cleaning a commercial office twice a week, 2.5 hour service Wednesday and 2.5 hour Friday during the offices normal business hours of 8am-5pm. Ideally the cleaning would start between 1pm-2:30pm in order to be completed prior to closing of business day. The customer is open to discussing the option of cleaning during the morning as well.
Responsibilities
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
- Proven working experience as a janitor
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Integrity and ability to work independently
