Hudson Valley Safety Associates is seeking a safety and compliance specialist. Must have a tangible foundation of construction safety. Qualified applicants will have a solid understanding of OSHA standards and how they apply. Applicants must have at least 3 years experience in the safety and health field.
The position will require employees to:
- Be able to develop OSHA safety and health written programs and policies.
-Be able to work both on a construction site as well as in a corporate setting.
- Write safety reports and recommendations
- Perform on site safety audits of construction sites as well as general industry.
-Train on safety topics in front of large audiences.
-Perform Safety audits
- Assist clients with compliance issues
- Assess hazards/ safety exposures and administer controls.
- This position requires travel around the Hudson Valley, New Jersey, New York and PA.
Must have reliable transportation.
A Gas Card will be provided to employee for work travel.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
