Looking for an experienced Jamaican/Caribbean Cook to join our growing team.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about authentic Caribbean cuisine and can consistently prepare high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic Jamaican and Caribbean dishes
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized
- Work efficiently during busy service hours
- Be reliable, punctual, and a team player
Requirements:
- Previous experience cooking Jamaican/Caribbean food is required
- Knowledge of jerk seasoning, traditional Caribbean flavors, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Weekend availability is preferred
