Sr. Project Manager
Job Description Summary
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for following established processes and procedures for managing the design, development, and construction of projects for a client account. Position interacts with multiple stakeholder teams such as: client, facility management, transactions, occupancy planning, general contractors and client venders. Contracts, coordinates, and monitors various services relating to master contractor agreements for tenant improvement and facilities projects. Works closely with and provides detailed progress reports to the Team Lead and Client in addition to the building/facility management team.
Job Description
Schedule and lead project meetings, prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met and prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients, and property/facility management team at all project phases including conceptual, schematic, design development and construction phases. Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
Assist in the selection and contracting process and oversight of consultants and construction teams as necessary for each project. If appropriate/applicable, integrate the impact of other Project Management and C&W components, including brokerage, building operations, M.E.P., etc. as they relate to each project and project phase.
Prepare, publish, and communicate project status, including input into the designated tracking systems.
Advise corporate management on all perceived risks to the successful completion of the project, and obtain decisions and approval from management on changes to project scope, design, schedule, and cost. Corporate real estate; Lease review, Tenant Improvement Allowance (TIA) collection, retail, and/or banking industry.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 144,755.00 - $170,300.00
