Client Care Coordinator (Sandy Springs)
The Client Care Coordinator serves as a key operational leader responsible for client care
operations, recruiting, staffing, scheduling, caregiver onboarding, compliance, client intake, and
coordination of care. The role collaborates with operations, sales, marketing, and clinical staff to
deliver exceptional home care services.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office and field operations.
- Answer incoming calls, client inquiries, and referrals.
- Conduct client intakes and assist with home assessments.
- Develop and coordinate service plans and ongoing client care.
- Recruit, screen, and interview caregiver candidates.
- Verify caregiver qualifications, certifications, references, background checks, TB testing,
driver's license, and employment eligibility.
- Coordinate caregiver onboarding and conduct weekly or biweekly 3–4 hour orientations.
- Assign and monitor required training completion.
- Schedule caregivers and maintain staffing coverage.
- Respond to emergency call-offs and coordinate backup staffing.
- Supervise caregivers and perform performance coaching.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Nursing, and Operations to ensure smooth client starts and
continuity of care.
- Maintain documentation in accordance with company policy and Georgia regulations.
- Promote company policies and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Home care, Hospice, Home Health, Long Term Care or healthcare experience.
- Prior hands-on experience as a CNA, HHA, PCA, LPN, or RN.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and computer skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; scheduling software preferred.
- Recruiting and scheduling experience strongly preferred.
