What You’ll Do:
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children ages infants through 5 years old.
- Support children’s development across all domains, including social-emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, including sensory play, language development, early literacy, and hands-on exploration.
- Maintain consistent daily routines, including feeding, diapering/toileting, rest time, and transitions.
- Build strong, positive relationships with families through ongoing communication and partnership.
- Ensure a clean, organized classroom that meets all health and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with young children in a licensed childcare setting.
- High school diploma required (CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred).
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing teaching approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
