The Mission

Job Type: Full-time, remote

Schedule: Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (Eastern Time)

Training: Comprehensive 7-week orientation with full training and ongoing support

Requirements

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations, remote medical or technical related role or a related field

Proficiency with various web-based platforms and tools

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote.
Preferred Experience

Experience in healthcare, insurance, social work, or mental health

Familiarity with medical terminology and health benefit plans

Proven success in remote customer facing role, especially in complex, high-volume environments
