- $500/week BASE + COMMISSION + BONUS!
- 5 Day Work Week/40 hour Work Week! Flexible Rotating Schedule (Monday-Saturday 8a-5p or 11a-8p. Closed Sundays with One Weekday Off!)

What You Will Do:
- Help customers find the right vehicle
- Work incoming leads and showroom traffic
- Follow up by phone, text, email, and in person
- Seek customer referrals
- Deliver a great customer experience
- Learn a proven sales process with hands-on training
What We Seek:
- Sales Experience/Skills in ANY Industry REQUIRED
- Prior Auto Sales Experience is NOT Required
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Outgoing, Friendly, Good People Skills, and Ability to Build Rapport with Customers
- Motivated with Good Energy
- Good Communication Skills, both Verbal and Written
- Social Media Skills are a Plus
- Good Computer Skills - Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
- Organized with a High Attention to Detail
- Must be Punctual, Reliable, and Motivated
- Must Possess Reliable Transportation
- Must be at Least 18 Years of Age
- Must be a Team Player
- Bilingual Skills (Spanish & English) are a PLUS
