⭐ABOUT THE ROLE
As one of the most important points of contacts in our clinics, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patients
- Manage scheduling, phone calls, and daily communication
- Serve as the liaison between our Physical Therapists and patients
- Maintain important tracking documents, verify patient’s physical therapy benefits, and provide transparent billing details to our patients
- Ensure smooth clinic flow and an overall positive patient experience
⭐REQUIREMENTS
- 1 YEAR of medical office experience
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
