Our recreational artistic gymnastics program includes classes for toddlers, school age girls and boys, tumbling, camps, and birthday parties. Student ages range from 18 months to teenagers.
Join our team as a Gymnastics Coach and inspire young athletes to reach their full potential. We are seeking a passionate individual with experience in gymnastics and a strong desire to educate and motivate students.
**Coaching Responsibilities:**
- Plan and conduct gymnastics classes for students of various skill levels according to USAG compulsory, xcel, and our recreational class curriculum.
- Teach proper techniques, skills, and routines in a safe and engaging manner
- Provide feedback and encouragement to help students improve their performance
- Develop lesson plans that align with the head coaches team goals for our team classes, and follow curriculum of our rec program for rec classes
- Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly
-Communicate progress with students, parents, and skill tracking program

Rec Class Hours: Weekday afternoons, Weekends available
Camp Hours: Weekday Mornings & Afternoons
*Rec coaches must have experience working with kids, coaching experience preferred OR be a former USAG, NGA, UAA or IGC artistic gymnast.
**Must be able to self-report
**Must have excellent communication skills with children and adults

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
