Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire escrow process for real estate transactions, ensuring all parties involved are informed and updated throughout the process.
- Review contracts and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and distribute escrow instructions, including the calculation of proration and other financial details.
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure a smooth closing process.
- Conduct research and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the escrow process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to each escrow transaction.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and proficiency with Qualia system
- Knowledge of basic math principles to perform calculations related to escrow transactions.
- Familiarity with contracts and legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in the escrow process.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reviewing documents and performing calculations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple escrow transactions simultaneously.
- Previous experience working in as an Escrow Officer is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
