Responsibilities
- Perform customized skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and other aesthetic procedures with precision and care
- Conduct laser treatments for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other aesthetic laser services following safety protocols
- Provide body waxing services including facial waxing and full-body waxing to meet client needs
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to support their beauty goals
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain treatment options, and ensure a positive experience
- Assist in retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and makeup applications to enhance results and client satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermabrasion
- Certification as a Licensed Esthetician with expertise in esthetic laser treatments
- Strong knowledge of spa services, waxing techniques, and body waxing procedures
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse clients confidently and professionally
- Demonstrated ability to uphold sanitation standards and maintain a clean treatment area
- Ability to educate clients on skincare routines and promote retail sales effectively
- Passion for aesthetic treatments combined with a friendly, energetic approach that motivates clients toward their beauty goals
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
