Physical Therapy Aide
Job Description
We are currently seeking to hire a Physical Therapy Aide to work in our Mesa, AZ location. The Physical Therapy Aide will assist the Physical Therapist and other team members with a variety of tasks. This position requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well with others. We are looking for someone who is dependable, punctual, and reliable. This position is full-time with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities
·Assist the Physical Therapist with patient assessments, exercises, and modifications as needed.
·Assist the Physical Therapist with patient treatments, exercises, and modifications as needed.
·Assist the Physical Therapist with charting of treatments provided.
·Assist the Physical Therapist with patient care calls as needed.
·Maintain patient records as assigned by the Physical Therapist.
·Maintain accurate records on daily visits to patients.
·Maintain documentation on visits to patients.
·Maintain documentation on maintenance visits to billing company.
·Maintain charts on visits to patients by provider(s).
·Maintain charts on all patient visits by billing company (if applicable).
·Maintain equipment in proper condition for patient use.
Education: High school diploma or GED required. Associates degree preferred or related experience preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
