One of our clients is looking for a Welder in Woodinville, WA.
Duration: 3 months contract to hire
Shift- Mon-Thurs (5am to 3:30pm)
Pay range - $20 to $30/hour
Position Summary:
As a key member of the Fabrication team, the person is responsible for preparing fabricated metal parts by grinding, sanding, and finishing them to meet quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sand, grind, and finish fabricated metal, acrylics, and other parts using hand and power tools
- Ensure smooth, clean surfaces free of imperfections or sharp edges
- Follow blueprints, drawings, or work instructions as required
- Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe working order
- Adhere to safety procedures and workplace cleanliness standards
- Act as a shop hand or production helper as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in metal finishing, grinding, or sanding (preferred)
- Ability to use various hand tools, grinders, and sanding equipment
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, production environment
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
