Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of industrial equipment and machinery to produce high-quality components and products. Your expertise will help ensure efficient production processes, adherence to safety standards, and precision in manufacturing operations. Responsibilities (we are willing to train, so you can learn how to achieve these responsibilities.)
- Operate, and monitor various production machines including CNC lathes, and milling machines.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
- Perform precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensional accuracy and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production flow.
- Follow safety standards rigorously while handling materials, operating machinery, and performing maintenance tasks.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process to meet specifications and standards.
- Assist with materials handling, packaging finished products, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
