Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
Location: Hybrid (Training Onsite, Then Hybrid)
We are hiring Healthcare Enrollment Specialists to support a busy Open Enrollment season. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with customer service, call center, healthcare, or insurance experience who enjoy helping others navigate healthcare coverage options.
This is a full-time seasonal contract position with the potential for extension based on business needs.
- Assist members with healthcare enrollment over the phone
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls (no cold calling)
- Educate members on available healthcare plan options
- Accurately document customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Training: First 6 weeks are 100% onsite, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST (required)
- After Training: Hybrid schedule with Tuesdays and Wednesdays onsite; remaining days remote.
- Beginning November 1: Weekly rotating shifts between 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM, or 11:00 AM-7:00 PM.
Important: Candidates must be available to work November 1-December 15 during Open Enrollment. No planned time off will be approved during this period.
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Healthcare or insurance experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply (+$1/hour)
No insurance license is required—paid training and certification are provided.
