Responsibilities
- Work orders –general maintenance across different properties throughout the day. Anything from plumbing, light electrical, to light HVAC, cabinet work, painting, vinyl flooring, hardware, faucet and fixture installation, trim and woodwork. junk/debris removal, flooring etc.
- Fabricate parts as necessary to ensure timely repairs are completed.
- Groundskeeping: Ensuring outdoor areas are well-maintained, including landscaping, parking lots, and sidewalks.
- Safety Inspections: Conducting regular safety inspections to comply with local building codes and safety standards. Installing or replacing safety equipment like fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.
- Vendor Coordination: Managing relationships with contractors and service providers. Scheduling and overseeing the work of external vendors and contractors.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of performing physical tasks and standing for extended periods.
Experience
- Ability to work a 8-5 schedule with a weekly rotating on call on calls schedule.
- Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. Superior time management skills. Thrive while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Not afraid to ask questions.
- Valid driver's license needed

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
