Here we Grow Again!
We will keep it simple. We need an experienced attorney to join our immigration/criminal defense firm. Is that you?
If you answer Yes to these questions, we encourage you to apply:
- If you say you will be somewhere at nine, are you there at nine?
- When your anxious client needs reassurance, are you there with patience and understanding?
- When the new lead calls just before lunch do you tell your stomach “I’ll get to you in a minute”?
- Do you care as much about the person as you do about their case?
- Can you put your ego aside to do right by your client?
- Do you have a sense of humor in equal measure to your sense of compassion?
- Are you ready to be assigned your own caseload and take your own cases to court?
- Can you ask for help when you need it?
- Can you take direction when it is given?
- Do you step up and lead when it is time?
- Do feel a sense of urgency to represent your new law firm well?
- Do you know the difference between the customer service experience at Comcast v. Nordstrom?
- Are you a member in good standing of the Georgia State Bar?
If so, we have the job for you. It has a nice office too.
Come join our law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. Close to Lenox Mall, close to I-85, multiple restaurants and safe area which is a plus. We mention it only since you will need your energy to help multiple clients a day. You will be in court immediately and carry your own case load - a combination of deportation/removal, asylum along with misdemeanors and motions hearings.
Can you close a sale? We will expect you to handle consultations with incoming leads.
Salary is dependent upon experience in immigration and criminal law. We have a generous incentive program based on your performance and production. 401k retirement with matching and healthcare are provided as well, because we want to keep our team healthy and secure.
To apply, we need you to follow the rules. If all the steps are not correctly followed, your application will not be considered. (Yes, we are serious about this. Following instructions is pretty important for any considering this position:
- Send an email through Indeed
- Attach your resume AND a cover letter telling us why you would be great for this job, what your favorite movie is and why, and spell your last name backwards at the end of your letter.
- The subject line of the email should be your last name (spelled correctly) followed by the words “Immigration Attorney”
We do good work and take great pleasure in helping others get through their legal nightmare. That is what makes us tick. Nothing makes us happier than the expression of relief on our client’s face when we get them their life back. We want to be profitable as well. We want to have a good life and we want to pursue our hopes and dreams and help you pursue yours. We also care about our work family and we are very dedicated to maintaining a positive and upbeat work environment. There is enough stress fighting the government on behalf of actual people.
