Warehouse & Equipment Technician – Emergency Services / Water Mitigation & Restoration

About the Role
Not a warehouse picking job. Not Amazon. Not factory line work. This role is for someone who enjoys working with tools, repairing equipment, and keeping specialized restoration gear mission-ready. If you like fixing things, maintaining small equipment, and supporting emergency response teams—this is your job.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and prepare mitigation equipment so it’s clean, tested, and ready for deployment
- Keep the warehouse organized, safe, and fully stocked
- Support field teams with equipment, materials, and job‑ready loadouts
- Assist with fleet staging, deliveries, and pickups
- Perform routine equipment and small-engine maintenance
- Communicate clearly with project managers and technicians to keep operations running smoothly
What You Bring
- Mechanical aptitude and hands‑on experience with tools, equipment, or small engines
- Experience in warehouse, construction, restoration, or similar environments
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and a team‑first mindset
- Forklift experience is a plus
