Sanchez and Associates, a leading land survey firm, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated CAD Technicians to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to convert Lidar scan data into comprehensive 3D models of buildings and structures.
- Collaborate closely with our surveying team to ensure seamless integration of BIM models for our architectural clients.
- Conduct quality control checks on models to ensure precision, accuracy, and adherence to industry standards.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
- Continuously explore and implement the latest technologies and best practices in BIM modeling to enhance project efficiency and deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in CAD with proficiency in software such as Autodesk Civil3D or Microstation.
- Extensive knowledge of survey data processing
- Strong understanding of surveying concepts, able to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, error-free CAD drawings
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders.
- A keen eye for design and aesthetics, with the ability to visualize and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
