Job description:
Are you a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide (HHA)? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in Nassau County for Full-day shifts, and weekends. In this rewarding role, you’ll make a significant impact by providing essential care and support to patients in the comfort of their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Administer medications as prescribed and provide medication reminders to ensure clients are following their care plan.
- Prepare nutritious meals and accommodate clients' specific dietary needs.
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for your clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in New York.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Prior experience in home care is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
- A strong work ethic, compassion, and reliability are essential for this role.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Physical exam, including QuantiFERON and MMR Titers, within the last 11 months.
