Job Overview:
So this role is very hands-on — you’re leading jobs in the field while working alongside your crew.
Here’s what that looks like day to day:
- Responding to water, fire, and other emergency losses and leading mitigation work on-site
- Running the job site — setting daily priorities, driving production, and making sure work is done correctly
- Leading and working alongside technicians while holding the team accountable for quality and safety
- Performing mitigation work — extraction, drying, cleanup, remediation, and demo as needed
- Keeping jobs on track — communicating updates, flagging issues early, and making sure timelines are met
- Serving as a point of contact on-site for homeowners and helping guide them through the process
- Handling documentation — job notes, photos, dry logs, and making sure everything is accurate and complete
- Managing equipment, vehicles, and job site organization
- Participating in on-call rotation and jumping in during high-demand situations
At the end of the day, you’re the one running the job — leading the team, keeping things moving, and making sure everything is done right.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly rate ranges from $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience Opportunity to earn additional commission on new business generated through your own contacts, referrals, and networking relationships Overtime opportunities available, particularly through emergency response and after-hours work
