Job Overview
Kitchen Production Technicians are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of edible cannabis goods. Success in this position will be dependent on attention to detail, cleanliness, organization, accuracy, and speed. Candidates for this position must be able to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
Job Responsibilities
- Gummy Demolding and Packaging
- Package edible cannabis goods at a consistent speed that meets company standards.
- Label edible cannabis packaging for retail sale.
- Maintain cleanliness in production areas
- Occasional assistance in the Packaging Department when needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ and capable of being licensed by the Maryland Cannabis Administration (MCA)
- Servsafe Certification or State Foodhandler's Certificate
- Previous foodservice or kitchen experience
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in both a fast paced environment
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as gripping, twisting and other fine motor movements.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strongly Desired
- Previous knowledge of gummy production
- Previous edibles production experience
- Interest in the cannabis industry

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
