RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but not limited to):
- Offer assistance or direction to our customers and sales and service teams
- Build strong rapport with customers.
- Perform in a professional and knowledgeable manner
- Use Sales Skills to achieve desired results
- Work with Parts Manager to obtain objectives
- Field incoming calls
- Maintain Accurate Inventory
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous dealership experience is required
- Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- A big smile and incredible work ethic
- Have quality customer service skills
- Possess strong communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license with limited points
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
