- Manage all day-to-day field operations for ground-up and major renovation projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and project schedules.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within quality expectations.
- Lead site meetings and maintain strong communication with project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and utilize construction management technology.
- Foster a collaborative, professional jobsite culture that reflects company values.
