We are seeking a full-time bilingual Litigation Paralegal who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team. In this role, you will assist attorneys in managing a diverse portfolio of personal injury litigation cases. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff throughout the litigation process.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills who can manage case-related tasks efficiently while supporting attorneys in preparing cases for litigation and trial.

Communicate with clients to gather case information and provide case updates when necessary

Conduct legal research using case law, statutes, and other legal resources

Draft legal documents including motions, discovery requests, and correspondence

Assist attorneys in preparing litigation materials and supporting case development

Ensure client information and case data are accurately maintained and kept confidential

Track case deadlines and assist with timely preparation and filing of legal documents

Maintain organized case files and documentation

Collaborate with attorneys and team members to support efficient case progression

Remain current on relevant legal procedures and requirements

Perform additional tasks as assigned to support litigation matters

Bilingual in English and Spanish required

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

Prior experience as a litigation paralegal required

Familiarity with litigation procedures, legal documentation, and case preparation

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment

Ability to work independently while collaborating with attorneys and team members

Experience with CRM or case management software preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
