Position Summary
Corner Hub Boutique is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, loves fashion and unique gifts, and takes pride in creating an exceptional shopping experience.
As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers find products they love, maintain a beautiful and organized store, assist with daily operations, and contribute to making Corner Hub Boutique a must-visit destination in Nisswa.

Primary ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience
- Welcome every customer with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection and styling.
- Build genuine relationships with local customers and seasonal visitors.
- Answer questions about products, promotions, and store policies.
- Create an enjoyable shopping experience that encourages repeat visits.
Sales
- Help achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
- Recommend complementary products and suggest additional purchases.
- Stay knowledgeable about new arrivals, best sellers, and current promotions.
- Process customer purchases accurately using our point-of-sale system.
Store Operations
- Open and/or close the store as scheduled.
- Restock merchandise throughout the day.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
- Keep fitting rooms and displays neat and inviting.
Visual Merchandising
- Help create attractive product displays.
- Restock shelves and maintain product presentation.
- Assist with seasonal merchandising updates.
- Ensure merchandise is properly signed and displayed.
Inventory & Receiving
- Receive and process incoming shipments.
- Tag, steam, and prepare new merchandise for the sales floor.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Notify management when inventory needs replenishing.
Community Engagement
- Share excitement about new arrivals and store events with customers.
- Represent Corner Hub Boutique with professionalism both in and outside the store.
- Assist during special events, sidewalk sales, holiday weekends, and community celebrations.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Boutique, apparel, gift, or specialty retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and seasonal peak periods.
- Passion for fashion, gifts, and exceptional customer service.
