Job Overview
We are seeking a part-time Leasing Manager to oversee our boutique leasing operation in MetroWest. Immediate start. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of property management and leasing processes, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations while providing service to tenants and prospective residents. This role requires excellent conflict management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment without supervision.
Responsibilities
- Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing available units, conducting property tours, and processing applications.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal administrative requirements related to property leasing.
- Utilize property management software such as AppFolio and tracking of tenant information.
- Oversee tenant relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, including lease agreements and tenant communications.
Experience
- Must speak Spanish or Portuguese.
- Must have a real estate license.
- Proven experience in property leasing or management is a plus.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail are essential for maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent conflict management skills, demonstrating the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
- A background in office administration or customer service will be beneficial in this role.

Position is from 1p to 5pm Monday to Friday onsite in MetroWest. Since this is part time, we need you to live fairly close. If you live more than a 30 minute drive away you may be too far.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
