Hubbard Day, an accredited private special needs school, is hiring at its new 20,000 square foot waterfront campus and at other locations in Stamford. We are a rapidly growing full day alternative education program seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians with experience with a variety of special needs students. Our ideal candidate should have experience implementing academic, ADL, and vocational programming for special needs students.

Responsibilities include:
- Implementing appropriate lessons with differentiation
- Assisting to maintain a structured classroom environment and daily routine
- Providing positive leadership for staff and students
- Collaborating with related service providers
- Implementing behavior analytic procedures developed by a behavior analyst
