Construction Project Manager (Lenexa)
Compensation: $55k-$100,000.00k DOQ + Quarterly bonuses based on performance

American Water Damage is a fast growing water restoration company with nine locations across the country. Our company specializes in structural drying and rebuild of water damaged homes and businesses. We are currently searching for a Construction Superintendent in the reconstruction segment of our business. This position will work out of our Lenexa office and serve the Kansas City metro area.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Work with our customers to plan the rebuild of their water damaged property.
- Recruit, hire and manage independent contractors.
- Manage all aspects of each rebuild project, start to finish.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction and gross margin.
Job Requirements:
- General knowledge of the construction trades.
(carpentry, flooring, drywall and painting, etc.)
- Experience in managing independent contractors
- Computer skills required
- Valid Driver's License, a good driving record.
- Clean criminal background
- Knowledge of the insurance industry for claims is s plus
