Veterinary Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history
- Assist with filing and organizing patient records
- Process payments for services rendered
- Provide general information to clients about clinic services and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field is preferred
-Previous experience in customer service in a professional setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with a compassionate and caring attitude towards animals and their owners
- Knowledge of animal handling techniques and basic animal care
