Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Compensation: Up to $115,000 annually, depending on experience

Compensation and Incentives
- Annual salary up to $115,000, depending on experience

What You’ll Do
As the Treating Rehab Director, you will oversee daily rehab department operations while also providing direct Physical Therapy care.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with Physical Therapy standards of practice
- Lead, supervise, orient, and support therapy staff, students, and volunteers
- Manage department scheduling, staffing levels, productivity, and service efficiency
- Build positive relationships with hospital leadership, providers, staff, patients, and families
- Support quality assurance, compliance, documentation audits, and required reporting
- Develop therapy programs, treatment protocols, and service growth opportunities
- Assist with budgeting, supply management, equipment needs, and department performance
- Promote a positive, service-oriented therapy environment
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in North Dakota
- Ability to provide direct patient care in a hospital-based therapy setting
Preferred:
- Five or more years of Physical Therapy experience
- Prior rehab director, clinic manager, or department leadership experience
- Experience working with multidisciplinary therapy teams
- Familiarity with inpatient and outpatient therapy operations
