Spec Results Autism Center – Delta, Ohio
Spec Results Autism Center is seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services to a client in their home in Delta, Ohio.
This is a part-time, client-specific position ideal for someone who enjoys working individually with children and families and is comfortable providing services in a home-based setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home
- Implement individualized treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation
- Support communication, social, behavioral, daily living, and functional skill development based on the client's treatment plan
- Communicate professionally with the supervising BCBA and family
- Maintain consistency, professionalism, and confidentiality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current RBT certification preferred, but candidates interested in completing RBT training may also be considered
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from Delta, Ohio
- Ability to maintain a consistent weekly schedule
- Must successfully complete all required background checks and onboarding requirements
Schedule
Monday-Friday 9AM-2PM
This is a part-time, client-specific position. A consistent weekly schedule will be established based on the client's authorized hours and availability.
Compensation
$22-$26 per hour, based on certification and experience.
