Currently interviewing Structural Welders for modular buildings. Hunter Buildings is the global leader in the design and manufacture of blast-resistant buildings. Located near the Ship Channel on the east side of Houston. Pay Rate will be based on experience and shift.
- Experience with FCAW is required
- Able to Pass AWS D1.1 Welding test for FCAW 2G, 3G, 4G
- Ability to weld all positions
- May require working above ground (15 ft or more)
- Must be able to climb ladders or stairs to reach objects; comfortable with heights.
- Tasks may require physical strength and dexterity
- Must be able to lift 60 lbs
- May require working in narrow or confined workspaces for extended periods of time
- May require extensive kneeling, bending and standing for long periods of time
