Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with precision and flair.
- Use Toast POS system to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Develop new beverage recipes and craft innovative drinks to enhance the menu offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor stock levels to ensure seamless service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service operations such as banquets or catering events to deliver a cohesive guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bartending within fine dining or hospitality settings, with a strong foundation in mixology and beverage presentation.
- Familiarity with Toast POS systems for processing transactions smoothly.
- Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, craft beers, and beverage recipe development.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and basic math for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality industry experience preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
