What You’ll Do as an RN
Monitor and assess high‑acuity residents, ensuring top‑quality care
Observe and interpret symptoms; communicate changes to physicians and supervisors
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans
Perform routine nursing procedures (vitals, injections, treatments, etc.)
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Maintain accurate documentation in PCC
Ensure hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout the facility
Provide immediate care in emergencies
Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff
Foster a compassionate, supportive environment for residents and families
Continue professional growth through workshops and training opportunities
Qualifications
Valid Georgia RN license
Current CPR certification
Strong communication, assessment, and critical‑thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to high‑quality resident care
