We are seeking some skilled and upbeat Servers to join our team at the Round Barn Estes in providing our guests with exceptional service in a fun outdoor winery setting. Previous serving experience is ideal but not required; however, you must have some customer service experience and be 18 years or older.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
- Have a positive attitude and worked in a team environment before
- Be able to handle stressful situations when these arise or multitask when needed while delivering a fine ding experience to your guest.
- Ensure that the pace of service is kept throughout the guest entire visit with us and knowing when to seek assistance from peers or your manager as needed
- Stay knowledgeable on all aspects of menu options, changes, POS systems, and other required training courses as needed
- Perform opening and closing side work as directed by Managers & additional duties as assigned
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend and night shifts
- Ability to list up to 25 pounds.
