We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. Experience preferred, but training available. The ideal candidate will have heightened attention to detail and a be mechanically inclined. This role involves ensuring that pools are well-maintained, clean, safe, and enjoyable for our clients. The Pool Technician will work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality service to our customers. We provide a service truck, gas, and all equipment needed for required work.
*Duties*
- Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning (vacuuming, skimming, and brushing) chemical balancing, and equipment inspections.
- Record accurate records of services performed and supplies used during each visit in phone app.
- Follow safety protocols while working with chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks (as needed.)
- Diagnose and repair pool equipment issues, ensuring optimal performance of pumps, filters, heaters, and other systems (as needed.)
- Communicate with clients regarding the status of their pools and any recommended services or repairs (as needed.)
*Requirements*
- Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently to meet service schedules.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- A Strong mechanical knowledge.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
