We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Host/Hostess to join our team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests while also assisting with orders, payments, and supporting daily restaurant operations to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome guests as they arrive.
- Seat guests promptly and provide menus.
- Answer guest questions and assist with menu selections and orders as needed.
- Provide information about menu items, promotions, and special events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand.
- Coordinate with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service for dine-in, takeout, phone, and online orders.
- Prepare and coordinate online and takeout order pickups.
- Process payments accurately for dine-in and takeout orders.
- Help maintain a clean and organized dining area while delivering outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, hospitality, or hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, friendly attitude.
- Familiarity with POS systems and payment processing is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Availability to work evenings, and weekends as needed.
